When overwhelmed and feeling out of touch, we often find ourselves more anxious than we would like to be, lacking the focus we wish we had and desperately need, building false narratives and false beliefs about ourselves and the world around, and unable to find meaning and fulfillment in our lives.
Those experiences may have long-lasting effects on our well-being and can lead us to a perpetual reenactment of the same behavioral patterns, detrimental thought processes, and the reinforcement of those beliefs.
Interrupting those now seemingly natural and familiar states is essential.
